Global customer experience company, Sitel Group, is enjoying an inspirational office environment following a recent refurbishment by Coulter Office Interiors. The facility is being operated on behalf of Beko, the UK’s number 1 best selling large home appliance brand*, and required Coulter to create an immersive Beko brand experience for Sitel’s call centre team.
Coulter revitalised the tired Stratford-upon-Avon site into a vibrant hub tailored to the teams’ needs, incorporating Beko products throughout to give agents hands-on access to a range of home appliances to strengthen their understanding when dealing with customer queries.
A key part of the design was optimising floor utilisation to support the team’s recent expansion. Coulter installed 100 modern white desks throughout the 4,900 sq ft area, with grey acoustic divider screens to enhance privacy. LED lighting was also paired with a minimalist colour scheme to mirror Beko’s bright, clean branding.
In addition to the main operational area, Coulter refurbished a separate meeting room, incorporating blue upholstered furniture in keeping with Beko’s corporate colours, a kitchen fully-equipped with Beko appliances, and a breakout area featuring a breakfast bar with smart charging pods and pendant lighting.
